To be considered a qualified candidate it is essential to demonstrate an ability to work independently yet be comfortable asking questions, be detail oriented/organized, manage multiple tasks, and possess strong problem solving and communication skills. Position requirements include: minimum of 5 years’ experience in Residential Real Estate at a law firm. Candidate shall be able to perform the above duties under time sensitive deadlines. Candidate expected to have Real Estate software and strong computer skills including any of the following:  Doubletime or Displaysoft, and is proficient using Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.  Candidates must be a Notary Public.

Job Functions

 

This person must be a consummate professional. Expert in their field and able to communicate clearly and confidently with the principle directly.

 

Areas of expertise must include multiple entity business income flow via contracts, online digital sales and online store e-commerce across states lines and internationally, and multi-family real estate income and distribution flow on a very large portfolio.

 

The ability to multi-task with efficiency, confidence is critical.

 

Reliability and accuracy is a must.

 

Expert in QuickBooks Enterprise 

Familiar with e-commerce software, Webgility ECC and how it funnels to QuickBooks

Manages bookkeeper and additional treasury staff if/when hired

Keeps apprised of new accounting, e-commerce software and solutions and implements them to benefit the company.

Account Receivables for Multiple Entities

Account Payables for Multiple Entities

Profit Distribution for Multiple Real Estate and business entities

Ensures all withholding and sales tax filings are paid on a timely basis

Filing up to date and organized.

Bank Reconciliations for multiple entities

Review all Month End Data and provide reports and graphs to COO and CEO

Prepare Month End Data for All Entities (This would include GC financial statement with all income sources updated)

Bank Deposits for all entities

Prepare Year End Data

Keep Real Estate Schedules up to Date

Liaison with RE Brokers/Banks/Lenders for loan qualifying

File annual reports on all entities and keep them current.

Ensure all Business licenses renewed

GC personal filing and record keeping

Schedule and approve wires

Keep Cash and RE Property Asset account spreadsheets current.
