Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Our client, a national Commercial Real Estate services firm, has an opportunity to join their South Florida Office.  The Miami office is looking for an experienced individual with a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, specifically InDesign, to assist a team of capital markets brokers in a marketing/administrative capacity.  The position requires independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize responsibilities in order to meet multiple deadlines, while interacting with a diverse group of colleagues, clients, and service providers. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Produce flyers, marketing presentations and proposals in InDesign.

·         Create and send broadcast emails.

·         Work closely and actively with brokers to set and meet deadlines for marketing campaigns.

·         Assume an account marketing leadership role within team structures.

·         Perform market research and surveys.

·         Manage/update postings to various Social Media websites (Twitter; LinkedIn; Blogs).

·         Load listings into various listing services.

·         Draft and order signage for listings.

·         Coordinate the flow of listing agreements.

·         Invoice transactions, and keep detailed commission reports.

·         Participate in and contribute to weekly marketing meetings.

 

Qualifications

·         Graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Suites required, specifically InDesign.

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate supporting capital markets brokers.

·         High ethical standards.

·         Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines.

·         Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills.

·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

·         Ability to exercise judgment, tact, and diplomacy on behalf of colleagues.

·         Flexibility to work to the successful completion of a project.

·         Professional decorum.

·         Type 60 or more words per minute accurately.

·         Complete mastery of English language.

·         Florida real estate license preferred but not required.

Our client, an International Commercial Real Estate Broker, is looking for a Project Coordinator for their West Palm Beach office.  Experienced individual must be able to assist a team of real estate professionals in a key project/marketing coordination capacity.  The position requires independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize responsibilities in order to meet multiple deadlines, while interacting with a diverse group of colleagues, clients, and service providers.   
 
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely and actively with brokers to set and meet deadlines for marketing campaigns.

• Prepare and assemble tour books, marketing presentations and proposals.
• Perform market research and surveys.
• Maintain research databases and client reporting.
• Track multiple transactions from beginning to end, ensuring deadlines are met and associated paperwork completed.

• Coordinate the flow of listing agreements.

SEO Marketing Position

Tasks for last yesterday:

– I worked with Rob and Doc to fix the problem with our RDP client.

– I sent the directory structure for our RDP files to Rob, which he compared to his compiler url. He then made a change to match the directory structure.

– After receiving the RDP client 8.5.1 file from Rob, I made a copy of the old file and moved the new one to the CompuPawn server.

– I worked on the process of populating the blog with emails sent to a specific mailbox.

– I customized the format of the email list so that it matches the MaxHire mockup.

– The current plugin isn’t working with a frame structure. The links are opening in a new window. I have sent a message to the plugin creator for guidance.

– I monitored trending topics on Twitter to see if any will help expand the reach of our brand.

– I posted messages on Twitter to gain twitter favorites by others and help bring people to the website.

– I continued to favorite and retweet to topics and companies in the pawn industry such as Pawnstars and Hardcore Pawn.

– I monitored facebook to see if anyone responded to posts or left comments.

– I pulled our CompuPawn website metrics and add them to the Excel dashboard.

Tasks for today:

– I will research knowledge base management software.

– I will create a document containing the benefits, price, and limitations of each knowledge base management software product.

– I will research other plugins in case the owner of the current plugin does not respond or the plugin can’t open links into another frame on the same page.

– I will monitor trending topics on Twitter to see if any will help expand the reach of our brand.

– I will post messages on Twitter to gain twitter favorites by others and help bring people to the website.

– I will continue to favorite, retweet, or respond to topics and companies in the pawn industry such as Pawnstars and Hardcore Pawn.

– I will monitor facebook to see if anyone responded to posts or left comments.

– I will post some Thanksgiving photos on Facebook to encourage others to share theirs.

– I will discuss topics for the December newsletter with Marko.

– I am waiting for a meeting to discuss the login script, registration process, and profile page on the website.

– I am waiting for feedback from Ahmed on the Powershell script to add IP addresses to the hosts file.

– I am waiting for Ahmed’s feedback on the Powershell script for adding existing customers into a group.

– I am waiting for more details on the April CAPA convention. Will we be using the Surface Pro to display the HTML5 demonstration? If so, sizing and other changes will have to be made.

Product Developer

Product Developer will be coordinating with target
markets ie;Mexico, Colombia and Peru as well new markets in Latin America. 
Will be coordinating with the different markets to determine product
performance. Utilize comparative analysis to identify trends in the different
markets. Colaboration with designers, sales, distribution, purchasing and QC
departments to yield the product for each market. Ideal canidate will
communicate100% in spanish with excellent organizational skills. Proficient with
Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Savvy. Travel Required up to 25%. Must
have 5- 10 years of experience. Looking for someone that can make an immediate
impact.

Copywriter (Fully Bilingual)

Advertising and Promotions Agency.  Copywriter, 2-3 Years MUST BE COMPLETELY Bilingual.  Flexible personality, NOT rigid person.  Must be fun, relaxed person.  5 person Team, 2 graphic designers, 1 Marketing person, 1 Account Executive, Director of Corporate Marketing.  Expanding Department.  All MAC office, software experiece a big plus, but not mandatory.  Stability in their previous position is required.  $42K-$46K, 401K, benefits, usual 2 raises per year.  Mon-Friday working.  8:30 – 4:30. Event attendance is require attendance for all.  They use Adobe Creative Suite. 

Position is WAY out west.  18 miles of the resort on Chrome Ave.
