Job Responsibilities: Send out daily cash flow email (QuickBooks totals) including PayPal PayPal and bank monies transfer Credit Card Transactions, pull transactions from each store and put into file Checks incoming mail, sorts, posts, and organizing the review folder Order Office Supplies Create and maintain employee, vendor, tax and contractual files Maintain HR System Research any discrepancies
